Plan and renewal
The Founding Venue plan is $15 per month or $150 per year, plus applicable taxes. It includes one physical location and up to ten independently controlled zones. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
There is no automatic free trial at launch. An expressly approved complimentary pilot does not change renewal terms for a later paid subscription.
Payment and taxes
Stripe processes subscription payments. RoomWave may collect applicable taxes using the product classification, customer location, tax status, and RoomWave’s active registrations. Failed payments may limit downloads, entitlement renewal, or service access.
Cancellation
An authorized billing user may cancel through the billing portal. Cancellation is scheduled for the end of the current paid term, and access normally continues through the paid period end date. Removing the app, disconnecting a player, or stopping use does not cancel a subscription.
Refunds
Fees are generally nonrefundable after a billing period begins. RoomWave will correct duplicate charges, confirmed unauthorized charges, and billing errors, and may approve a fair refund for a material service failure. There is no automatic prorated refund for unused time after voluntary cancellation.
If RoomWave ends the service generally, it will refund the unused prepaid period. A refund, reversal, fraud response, or material breach may end online and offline access immediately. Any refund required by law will be honored.

RoomWave will provide advance notice before a price change affects renewal. Billing questions may be sent to cody@frg.earth. Include the organization and invoice identifier, without full card or bank details.
